- Description:
- The OPTI-6100 Fast Ethernet Module (ETHM) provides three 10/100 Ethernet ports for Ethernet over SONET connectivity. These circuits are individually provisioned to increments of the SONET payload for transport. Since the ETHM uses GFP as per ITU-T G.7041, end to end connectivity with distant GFP-connected Ethernet networks is achieved and interoperability is assured.
