The MX3208 provides up to a full T1 of bandwidth, accessible at any point along the DS3 path, for data Ethernet connectivity. It costs less than half the price of other early generation drop and continue products.Drop and insert DS3 networking is practical and efficient with the ADTRAN MX3208 or MX3216. Packaged in a 1RU, 19-inch chassis the MX3208 or MX3216 routes DS1s between the two DS3 interfaces with access to 8 or 16 DS1s at any node.
